For over 20 years I had been working in the largest international bank Citibank, in Ukraine, Europe and Asia. I had been dealing with corporate clients’ relationship management, bank’s product strategy, risk management, corporate governance, operations & technology, client service, media relations.
I support constant learning and self-improvement, adore traveling and communicating with smart people, practice and teach yoga. I see clients’ needs (conscious and sometimes those which require external support to be realised) as the starting point of any product or service – and these products/services (and their full satisfaction) are in my professional focus.
My working experience with state Ukrainian banks – UkrEximBank and UkrGasBanks – stands at over 20 years. The main focus of my work has always been around lending, using all modern lending products for various industries: export and trade financing, financial leasing, green loans including solar, wind and hydro power stations.
My professional banking experience, as well as my personal experience of a mother of three kids, allow me to realise clients’ needs at all levels, to deliver the available and most suitable solutions, as well as to explain the often ambiguous banks’ requirements, or to find an alternative source of financing.
